Tri-Tec is pleased to announce the opening of its Innovation & Transitions Center in Madison Heights, Michigan, USA.
This new facility expands Tri-Tec’s ability to support industrial companies as they establish and grow operations in North America. Many SMEs are exploring U.S. manufacturing to improve logistics, reduce tariff exposure (particularly in steel and steel-processing), and access a large industrial customer base. While larger organizations often have internal resources to manage this shift, SMEs frequently need an experienced partner to guide the process end-to-end.
From the Innovation & Transitions Center, Tri-Tec can now provide a practical, on-the-ground transition base with scalable services such as:
- automation-focused prototyping and industrial engineering
- transition and launch management
- fabrication and assembly coordination
- local supplier development
- site and location identification
- ramp-up, commissioning, and operational handoff
- connections to trusted legal partners
Tri-Tec’s transition model follows a structured path: define footprint, evaluate and select the right site, build local capability, and then launch and scale.
